"The front desk ordered a taxi for me to airport. Horrible. No air conditioning. No shock absorbers. I arrived at airport a soaked sweaty bruised mess. Never do this to a customer. Offer a limo service. "

"It was nice and clean. We had a 13 hour layover where we needed to switch airports (EZE-AEP) and it was right in the way, closer to AEP. It was a 15 minute drive from AEP but we opted to walk the hour and 6 minutes and it was an easy and beautiful way to get a small taste of the city. We passed multiple parks About the hotel; the bed was great, the staff was nice. There wasn’t breakfast but there was a biscuit (or something) available. You get what you pay for and this hotel had a decent value...

"The rooms were very good size and the beds were very comfortable. Also, the location in Palermo Soho was great. Many dining options nearby, etc. The most outstanding thing about the Glu, however, was the staff. The place was extremely clean and the front desk personnel were so friendly and helpful with restaurant or drink recommendations. "

I would’ve asked for more if I were staying longer. Front desk staff at check in and checkout were super helpful. They were also accommodating for luggage storage before our flight. "
