"Good all around and attentive staff. Lost out on breakfast day of checkout. They tried to accommodate but it wasn’t the greatest. They tried with what they had available. Breakfast didn’t open early enough for me since we had to catch a flight. I wish I could have been reimbursed some money. "

"The rooftop was excellent and the staff there was fantastic. The food on the rooftop was also excellent. The check in staff was average. Checked us in and showed us to our room, didn't show us how to operate anything and the room lighting system is awful. It's digital button operated for everything, good luck getting a light on at night. The air conditioning is Mediocre. The bathroom was tiny and the "terrace" was an interior terrace open to nothing. "Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist unbestritten gut. Leider ist es wie oft beschrieben SEHR hellhörig. Die Betten waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart. Leider wurde an einem Tag das gesamte Wasser durch die Stadt abgestellt. Das Personal bot von sich aus kein Wasser zum Zähneputzen etc. an und auch sonst hatten wir keine Möglichkeit (weder am Vormittag noch am frühen Abend) unsere Notdurft zu verrichten oder uns zu duschen. Als Entschädigung wurde uns wiederum nichts vom Hotel aus angeboten....

Hade ett ganska trångt smalt/avlångt rum, väldigt lite bordsyta att ställa ifrån sig grejer och badrummet väldigt litet. Tänk om det kunde finnas krokar att hänga ifrån sig saker på... (gäller allmänt alla hotell). En kran för varmt vatten och en kran för kallt vatten (fortfarande!) gör att det rinner onödigt mycket vatten innan man hittar rätt läge - inte hållbart i längden. "Great location overlooking the marina. Only a 10-15min walk to the cathedral area and old town. Close to some excellent bars and restaurants. Public transport also easily accessible from hotel.
