"Staff were very good and no problems with food or dining room. Room we were given had an ac unit only in lounge and not bedrooms. Unit was old and noisy and after turning on for 2 minutes blew the electrics at the mains several times. Reception was helpful and moved us to another room which was better but no ac units in bedrooms so overall quite warm. They did provide a fan but that was noisy. Pool was dirty, debris in pool and a chair, mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the safe did not work, offered us a free breakfast due to the cockroach issue. Staff was the only good thing. Definitely needs refurbishing."
