"Exactly as the photos show and the entire place was clean & it’s spacious! We enjoyed our stay here while we moved our daughter to the COS area. It was close by the USAFA and in a nice area in general. Communication with owner was swift. Would highly recommend this place to stay while in COS, it’s pretty darn near perfect! "

"The children had a wonderful time, and the land was truly beautiful. The house we stayed in was very family-friendly and well-stocked with supplies. We brought along our three kids and grandma. The property features a playground, horses, and chickens, which allowed the kids to enjoy talking to and petting some of the horses. The teeter-totter was enjoyed by both children and adults, and during our visit, they had set up two slackline Ninja Courses for the kids. Communication with the property...
