"I really love all the aspects of this hotel, from the breakfast buffet (I love the omelet and chocolate crepe that you can order - included in the price), the pool is amazing. I love the location of the hotel within Elche. This time around I was happily surprised by the local snacks and candy! I ordered steak and one of the desserts and it was VERY good! The shower pressure and amenities provided in the bathroom made it very easy and overall I really enjoyed my stay! Thank you!"

"Lovely spotless clean apartment. Fully equipped. Fab location - near to everything .. native and old town. and v helpful staff. Lockers for luggage can be used for free if late departure. Roof top pool beautiful at subset when castle lights up."

"I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night due to a late flight and my other hotel reservation falling through. The night receptionist Andrada was so wonderful and kind - she helped me with a room and made sure I got in it for a restful sleep. I can’t thank her enough! in a stressful situation like that, this kind of customer service makes all the difference in the world. The breakfast was really good, very fresh and included lots of fresh products, so you could have a great and fulfilling start to your day. Also I would like to thank the day reception for the possibility of a late checkout, as my flight left late at night. I felt so safe, so well taken care of and would definitely stay here again for the amazing customer service! Also the location is perfect - right near the beach and old town, supermarkets around the corner with excellent connections for any daytrips. So a high recommendation from me 😊🙏"
