"Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great amenities. Quiet and peaceful(:"

"I suspect this "toilet issue" is a one-off. We will happily stay with HIE in Lacey WA in the future. That being said - the toilet in our room was the smallest production unit made by American Standard - "Baby Devoro" is the official designation. Child Size does not begin to describe the thing. Doll house perhaps? Munchkin Land? I'm 6'1" at 205 lbs. (not fat) but seat use was effectively impossible. I'll let your imagination have a workout. Two standard toilet paper rolls could balance...

"We had a great stay at this hotel. They’re doing some renovations right now, so a few areas were closed off and they had a temporary dining room, but the staff did everything to keep us comfortable. The rooms are huge, modern, and beautifully updated. I’d love to come back once the work is finished. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the price was pretty reasonable."

"Clean quiet and good breakfast"

"Too many kids and dogs! Dog hair in the elevator and waiting area. Where went to check in no one was at the desk for 10 minutes. I was calling the hotel when they finally showed up. That was the evening girl. The morning check out guy seemed uninterested. The food area was a mess due to so many kids dropping stuff on the floor. Just overall not a pleasant stay for the money."

"Staff were great and breakfast was a plus. The few things that needed improvement: the AC was loud, the bathroom floor felt loose, the toilet seat was also loose and the door was loud when opening/closing"

"Property under going refurbishment. Work almost completed. Pool and spa not available during my stay. Everything else was great, especially the staff."

"Great hospitality and attentiveness from staff , my children enjoyed the pool as I enjoyed the hot although at that time the jest weren’t working but we made the best of it decent breakfast. We shall return"
