From the delicious food and beautiful facilities to the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff, everything made our stay special. You can really feel that the entire team cares about making guests feel comfortable and well looked after. Not at all the properties fault but it rained 2 of the 4 days we stayed at this resort. A lot of this resorts amenities (ping pong, full size chess) and even some of the a la carte restaurants do not operate when it's raining. And with everyone needing to be inside, the common area's felt a bit cramped."

"The staff at the reception was amazing, and the cleaning staff was excellent as well. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. Staff members were removing plates before guests had even finished their meals, and there was constant shouting throughout the hotel. The alcohol served at the bar was of very poor quality. "Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt! Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Essen im hoteleigenen Restaurant waren sehr lecker. Aufgrund der Treppen mussten wir unser Zimmer umbuchen, was völlig unkompliziert und problemlos möglich war – dafür ein großes Dankeschön! Leider war das bei der Rezeption nicht so - man musste mehrmals nachfragen nach zusätzlichen Decken, Abholung des Gepäcks und Buchungen von Restaurants, die Infos zum Wassersportangebot waren unvollständig und auch falsch. "Wir hatten eine Suite mit Privatpool. Das Hotel liegt abseits von der Innenstadt, die man jedoch mit dem Bus im halben stündigen Abstand gut erreichen kann. Eine einzige Taverne ist fußläufig in der Nähe, wenn man auswärts essen möchte. Das Essen wird im Buffet angeboten. Das Personal ist immer nett und höflich, aber es gibt viel Personal was kein englisch, deutsch oder selbst griechisch sprechen kann. Die Verständigung war somit schwierig. "Wow, wow wow... We booked Uzenie wondering if the rave reviews were too good to be true. There are not. The hotel is exceptional - we have stayed in many places all over the world and Uzenie is genuinely the best. What makes it so fantastic are the amazing staff - their attitude and attention to detail was exemplary. They really go out of their way to be helpful - a few examples: my husband had some important work calls but the rooms are not set up with desks but one of the managers gave up...
