This resort was just ok imo. Pretty old and dated. Not the worst place I’ve been but needs work. Carpet old , old scratched up furnishings in the rooms. Wyndham Garden Elk Grove Village/O'Hare
We booked and prepaid for a “Deluxe King size room”. We were given a room with a double bed. In addition, I called the hotel twice the day we were to arrive and did not get an answer. I also sent a text to ask about an airport shuttle service. We finally assumed there wasn’t a shuttle service.
