"The hotel was clean. The beds were comfortable, however the pillows were a bit too soft and flat for me, my relatives liked the pillows. The room service wasn’t too long to wait for towels. We stayed for an overnight stay after visiting downtown Chicago. The breakfast wasn’t too bad. I would stay here again."
