"We had a pleasant room, comfortable bed. Out TV did not work nor did the coffee maker. I called three times to have someone help - no one came. They told me that I had the "do not disturb" on the door, so they couldn"t. I removed it immediately and no one showed up to refresh the room, the bathroom, bring a coffee make that worked, even after the sign was removed.
I asked three times for assistance with the television,and the coffee maker, no one made an effort.
Parking is nice, did...

"Welcoming staff was friendly, quality of room was very poor. The room had a terrible odor, the ac unit had a bunch of black debris in the vents and you could feel the springs through the mattress. I will not be booking here again."
