"Property was great the shuttle to the hotel and to the port and back to the airport"

"Maria and TT were both excellent at the front desk. They were so helpful giving us information on the free airport shuttle that runs every half hour. Our studio with 2 Queen beds was very spacious and so was the bathroom! Just loved it and their very comfy bed and pillows! 10 out of 10 stars for us!"

"The property was well priced and directly across from SeaTac Airport. The shuttle pick-up was quite disappointing. After waiting ~ 1/2 hour where we were told to wait, the shuttle driver drove right past us leaving us at the curb .. he didn't even look back when another shuttle driver ... who saw it happen ... honked loudly and repeatedly at him to get his attention. He returned for us awhile later (after we called the hotel to complain), but no apology and not a single word spoken to us during...

The food was fresh and delicious. The service was exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. And quiet despite being directly across from the elevators."

"We booked the room for 6 people and it was not stocked for 6 and we arrived late so it took extra time to get everything as they made us go to the front desk to get the additional items. Breakfast and shuttle were great."

"It was very clean and affordable. Close to the airport. Staff was very friendly, but most amenities weren’t available for us and the outside was very run down and the area was not the safest. Just don’t wander in unknown areas at night I guess and you’re probably fine."

"The hotel seemed older but going through renovations. The staff seemed annoyed to be at work but they did make sure to have a schedule for our shuttle. It was nice being close to the airport and that they had a shuttle for 3am pickup! The hotel was overall clean and nice for a quick stay. Love that they have free breakfast."
