"Broken security latch on the door, only one wash cloth. Only 3 towels, (needed 4), Only one toilet paper, dirty socks under the bed. Floor was damp between the 2 beds. And when I went to get coffee at 6 in the morning, there were 3 people sleeping on the floor by the stairdoor. I won't stay here again"

"We were greeted so kindly upon arriving at the Hilton Garden Inn at SEATAC after enduring a normally 2 hour shuttle that took 5 hours due to snow shutting down the Snoqualmie pass. The manager and receptionist empathized with us and expedited our room. Before we knew it, we were relaxing in our clean and quiet room with complimentary breakfast tickets. "The property was well kept all around from the room we stayed in, including the communal areas. My group and I noticed that the room’s cleanliness was always maintained by staff which we deeply appreciated. We were well informed regarding shuttle commutes and amenities and ultimately well oriented considering it was our first time staying at this location and city overall. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay."

"Shuttle was relatively easy to find, they gave us a different floor than reserved but room was ok. There were a couple dried drink stains on the floor and on the bed frame but we just kept our shoes on and the beds looked clean. "

"The airport shuttle was prompt and drivers very courteous. Is set up at the airport is not directly the fault of the hotel, however it’s a confusing and ridiculous setup. The courtesy phones do not work and due to the fact i was just returning from overseas, i had to message my friend in Alaska, to call the hotel to tell them I was ready for pick up. "
