The first room we were sent to (#204) had cockroaches crawling all over the bathroom and everything looked very old and beaten up - stained upholstery, extremely old bedcovers even by a cheap motel standards, etc etc. We left the room immediately and complained and front desk attendant gave us a different room (#108) without asking any questions. "It’s a dated building past its glory years. However it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with regards the airport shuttle. I would say the hotel standard was just above the price point paid."

"The property was clean. The bed was not very comfortable and the shower could be retiled and grout clean. However, the staff was friendly. Breakfast ends exactly as stated so plan accordingly. Breakfast was pretty much the same thing every day so if you are expecting something different there is an IHop and Denny’s not far away"

"The front desk person seemed overwhelmed between checking us in and answering phones. He came off as rude and was short with his engagement. I work in customer service and this behavior would never be tolerated at my work. I wasn’t demanding or rude so there was no reason for him to be that way towards me."
