"Room was great with high end mattresses and clean like one would expect . We arrived at 12:30 pm and check in wasnt an issue at all . Will stay here again for certain. "

"The room was infested with lady bugs. There was construction going on so I wasn’t able to sleep. The phone in my room didn’t work. The TV didn’t work one of the nights. The bar was only open until 10 PM."

"I had specifically chosen this property because it had the Bistro because I was traveling with my parents who are in their 80’s. I figured it would be better for them to not have to get in and out of car for dinner and breakfast. When we checked in a sign was posted that Bistro was closed because someone called in sick. When I mentioned my disappointment the front desk attendant did apologize. The next morning when I went down to get coffee their was a lovely young lady giving out coffee free of charge because the kitchen was closed again due to someone calling out and she told me she didn’t have keys to open any rooms that had the food in it for easy to grab food. I went to front desk to ask about local places to get breakfast for my parents and the gentleman at front desk shrugged his shoulders and recommended Dunkin. Zero effort to try and help me find someplace close by and easy to get to with my parents. The rooms were lovely and clean but just disappointed in staffs willingness to even help recommend options. "
