"Meal was ok"

"This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Staff is always friendly and helpful, rooms are spotless and incredibly quiet, breakfast offerings are extensive and excellent and coffee and tea service is available 24/7. I plan on staying there again in December."

"The location of the hotel was great for my trip. I was in walking distance to so much. The hotel does not have an elevator so be mindful of that. The room size is like your average room size at home. Check in was perfect and I would recommend this place."

"Friendly People!"

"The breakfast area was tiny, there were limited items available. No egg, no potatoes, no fruit. Muffins were not fresh. Parking was shady, as is the vicinity of the hotel. I'm glad my car didn't get broken into or marked with graffiti. There was a constant smell of marijuana and each morning I woke with a headache. Room was not very clean. Bed was good, bathroom was nice, tv had Directv. Will look elsewhere before I book there again."

"My room was never cleaned by housekeeping was thwir for 3 days… had to get my own towels and wash cloths.. sheets and pillows cases want changed my during stay"

"It’s has a beautiful view of the harbor and beds were comfortable. Amenities are not ideal. Shower was a trickle of water, no drain stopper for a bath (front desk said people just put towels down the drain). You have to ask for toiletries. These should be offered when you check in as I didn’t think about it until I was already getting in the shower."

"Love this spot. Third time staying here. Parking is convenient, staff is friendly & accommodating, rooms are simple cozy & do just the trick for a well rested night! Very much recommend staying here, and the view is so charming! Truly a hidden gem to stay!!!"

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. I do not recommend this hotel."

"It’s not clean enough "

"Bathroom was moldy and shower and tub were filthy with black scum in crevices. Hair on the floor indicated that it wasn’t swept after the last guest. Otherwise it was basic and gave what I needed which was a cheap roof, bed, shower. The front office person was accommodating."

"Clean excellent room with holistic music; all handled with a security code, NOT a hotel . Can reach local bus from Amtrak . Close to San Pablo/30th st. Good value for overnight stay."
