"The hotel is extremely well located - a few minutes walk from Recoleta Cemetery and a small park. Lots of great restaurants, bars and coffee shops within a 15 min walk. Room was extremely spacious. Ours had a bath tub in the centre of the raised bathroom area. Unfortunately never got a chance to try it. Staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. I am gluten and lactose free and there was always something for me on the breakfast menu. Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Buenos...

"Very profesional and attentive personnel at every station, immediate answer to calls to front desk and room service, very efficient and quick laundry service. All and all, a great hotel/palace. The common areas are really palatial with crystal chandeliers, beautiful marble, large windows, gold leafing, ample corridors and very high ceilings."
