"I’ve stayed here twice since August of 2025; most recent stay was 06/26. This is a nice property with friendly staff! The location can’t be beat, oceanfront near 26th street and towards the quiet end of the boardwalk. We had a 3rd floor oceanfront room and the view is fantastic! The hotel has undergone some renovations/facelift since last Summer and the improvements are quite nice (new floors, new curtains, etc.). Our room had a mini kitchenette; everything was clean and functional. The beds and pillows were nice and comfortable, the tv, wi-fi and a/c all worked well. The room was CLEAN! They have an on-site bar & restaurant near the swimming pool. We had breakfast at the restaurant once and it was good. We arrived early before full season on a Tuesday so they allowed us to check in early which was greatly appreciated! Big shout out to Madonna in reception- she is very pleasant and helpful (as are all the staff). Highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely return."

"We paid extra for an oceanfront room and the wifi was out. The person at the desk assured me that they were working on it. This is day one of 5. Every morning for the next 4 days I would have the same conversation with the same person they are "working on it." Why not just come out and say there is no Wi-Fi in this building and let people know that prior to booking. That's a pretty big deal you only find out about once you arrive. Fun check out and had a full discussion about the situation and the person said that they've had several IP people in looking at it but nobody can figure out what's wrong. As if that is an explanation for an oceanfront hotel as the summer season begins?!?! On a lesser note but still pretty serious, the refrigerator in our room did not function upon entering. The season is just starting???? I did complain and they were fairly prompt in having it removed and replaced with one that didn't function. I guess the point is if your opening for the season why not check these things ahead of time so that your guests are not left inconvenienced and forced to wait in the room for a repair person to come up and fix a refrigerator. Then again, considering the lack of urgency to fix the wi-fi I guess one should take it all in stride. Or not."

"Booked thru Expedia and was charged $62.00 more when we arrived. It was booked for free breakfast and there was none. Balcony door lock was broken and room was not secure. No way to call front desk because phone was also broken. We were over run with ants and had to go buy ant traps. The next room blared music for 4 days that made impossible to hear the TV or sleep. Housekeeping was aware of it. When we were able to contact the desk the door was fixed and the phone replaced. Called the desk multiple times with not answer. Very disappointed."

"Room look very old and need upgrade for everything starting from coffee maker, fridge to bath tub, shower basically everything as they were rusty and paint was off. Breakfast was horrible it would be better if they wont provide at all at least people will be prepared for it. Just few staff and you have tell 2-3 times in order for them to listen ."
