"We recently completed our third stay at Henderson Beach Resort and was disappointed to see a noticeable decline in overall quality and service compared to previous visits. While the resort was generally clean, the main pool area was dirty and poorly maintained. In contrast, the newer pool was very clean and well presented. "The room was so clean, it was impressive!! The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which was simple and delicious, and the pool was great! Would definitely recommend as it’s close to the beach and plenty of great shopping and delicious restaurants."

"The rooms are cleaned every 2 days which is not preferable for my family. This is the first time staying at a Hampton and was disappointed with having to wait for a room to be cleaned although we had reservations. We also killed a few roaches. There were unsupervised kids playing ding-ding-ditch as well as. The only good thing was the pool and the beach access."

"The indoor pool and amenities are not for everyone..I got sick walking through to front desk ..the ventilation needs serious work..this is a motel not hotel but price reflects that ..I wish I could have enjoyed the stay since it rained the entire time there...was clean .. no beach access..was told we could walk across street and get in water but don't take anything over or they would make us leave.."

"When we came to property, there was nobody at reception. .. so may drunk people were in lobby and they were so agressive. This place should be removed from hotel list. Be careful tourists. This place is not even safe."

"Room was fine. The lobby/eating area was messy with food and crumbs everywhere. Biggest problem was all external doors for leaving, or re-entry with a room key, were duct taped open. I removed tape multiple times so there wasn’t free access into the building. Someone kept replacing the tape over the door latch. Meaning there was no security doors working. Anyone could walk into the hotel at anytime without any staff knowing. These doors should be kept functional and work properly. They are there...

"This hotel is TERRIBLE. And in a terrible location. We arrived and asked to cancel immediately. Unsafe parking lot. Construction zone everywhere. Listing claimed it was a 5 minute walk to the beach, but it took us 15 minutes to drive to the beach and still couldn’t park close by. When I asked the lobbyist about walking to the beach she had to hand me a map to find it, and told me I would have to walk alongside the main highway with 6 lanes to the first red light(not close by), then turn right a...
