"The staff and management are wonderful. We never had any issues at all and will stay here again. My husband needed heart surgery in Toronto On, this in it self was overwhelming. The management gave us two weeks of free parking and shuttled us to the hotel. Unfortunately, my husband had a couple complications, and we had to stay in Toronto for a total of 3 weeks. I came to pick up our car, i had my credit card ready to pay for the extra week. The manager said not to worry about paying that extra...

"The hot tub jets wouldn’t turn on and the pool was rather cold. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good, Our biggest concern was between 11:00 & 12:00 at night, we were rudely awaken by a loud and obnoxious neighbour. We tried 2 times to contact the front desk to complain, no one answered? The neighbour continued to interrupt our sleep. I did complain to the front desk in the morning and then called back. We were told we would get a full refund, but only got a $65.00 refund....

"I’ve stayed in many Ramadas over the years. They’ve always been a solid choice. This was the worst I’ve ever experienced by far. It’s old and run down. But even then, if the staff was positive, friendly and helpful you could overlook the other stuff. Not my experience. Also heads up if you have mobility issues, there is no lift. Lots of stairs. And many long connected hallways to get to the room."
