Bien accessible depuis le centre d’Amsterdam en transport en commun mais il faut compter 30 minutes! Peu de commerces autour! Je recommande si vous souhaitez un environnement paisible!"

"Front house staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Rude at best. The room was clean enough, some disrepair (holes in walls, broken curtain rods laying on floor). Everyday the bathroom smelled like an outhouse and mouldy starting at dawn - with little bugs and flies crawling out of the drains. The hotel itself reeks of old stale cigarettes. No dresser. Telephones do not work and staff won’t make a local call for you. When the shower steam set off the fire alarm they yelled at us for it. No bathroom...

"It was my second 5+day stay and I look forward to returning again. Rooms are modern, good storage, quiet, large and clean. The staff in the breakfast room and front desk are friendly and professional. I highly recommend the Grand Hotel Amstelveen."

"In unserem Zimmer waren die Bettlaken dreckig. An der Gardine waren mehrere Flecken. Im Badezimmer waren zwei der drei Gläser von innen verschmutzt. Bei dem Personal hatten wir einmal einen ganz lieben und hilfreichen Mann der uns geholfen hat. Bei einem Anliegen würde uns gegenüber sehr genervt geantwortet von jemand anderem."

"Location was 5 minutes walking distance to public transportation, but overall a little far from the center of town for our purposes. Safe area to walk. Our bathroom flooded the first night, but they were able to move us to another room. No nightstand to charge phones etc. Tight space for two adults and two children even though its advertised as accommodating four people. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent!"

"My travel partner (who is in a power wheelchair) and I spent four days there. An excellent place to stay if you are not staying in the city center. Room was very nice, but had one odd thing about it--especially given that it was a wheelchair accessible room-- and that was the the thermostat for the room was located at almost 6 feet above the floor (I'm 5' 6" and was looking UP at it). Uncertain why it was at such an (for Americans anyway) unusual height, and was totally inaccessible for...

"It is a very nice property, in a very convenient location. You can get the tram no.4 to get into Central Amsterdam in less than 30 minutes. The rooms are a great size and have everything you need from USB charger block, kettle to coffee machine. It has a safe in the room, too. The staff will help you where they can.
