"We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection."

"Really nice resort close enough to everything in Austin. Loved everything - room was beautiful, pools were so clean and had excellent drink service, on site restaurants were delicious. Loved relaxing with a glass of wine looking over the golf course. 10/10"

"Clean room, nice staff, and a Pappadeux nearby, also in a quiet part of town. Nothing spectacular, but the kind of consistency you’d expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. The only thing about them is the pillows could be a bit more dense and the beds a maybe aren’t as luxurious or comfy as higher end spots. But for a quick stay or business trip, it does just fine. You can always ask for extra pillows, if needed."

"Adult couple visited from UK. Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful B&B in a nice safe part of town. 5-10mins walk to restaurants and bars. The place itself is quirky, but very clean. The rooms are big. The owner Bryan is a really nice chap and very friendly. The breakfast was superv and just enough. 100% staying here again. "

"Please steer clear of this property. You get what you pay for. No working elevator and rooms that were not tidy. Staff tried to be accommodating with a second room on the first level. Shower was still dirty with hair bands and hair. Tried to check out one hr later due to flight issues and mobility issues. They told me they had other guests checking in they needed to accommodate. Lastly, there were maintenance materials left in all around the hotel. The breakfast looked good and the coffee was...

Pros: Safe location (within shopping plaza); very spacious rooms with separate living/couch area; very comfortable beds with plush clean sheets; breakfast was good but I did wish the food was warmer -- for some reason the temp was pretty low.
