"Due to the brand of hotel, even though the room I paid was quite chip for my night, I still expected a 4* hotel service. There was someone different at the desk who told us it was locked because originally we were assigned a different room. She was rude and made it sound like it was our fault that our belongings were in that room. Even other guests were surprised. Front desk staff kindness is very important for guest experiences. "Perfekte Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstück. Etwas Abseits in einem Industriegebiet aber mit der Bahn ist alles schnell und einfach erreichbar. Besonders toll fanden wir die kostenfreien Leihräder und die Karten für die Kunstausstellung. Erwähnenswert sind auch die schönen großen Fenster die sich per Knopfdruck, auch in den oberen Etagen, öffnen lassen. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen."
