"I made the reservation at 11:55pm while traveling. So of course I wouldn't make it to the property before 12am. Do to this they canceled my reservation and claimed there were no vacancies after asking what time of room I wanted to make another reservation for, which I was ok with. "The parking lot/building/rooms are all run down and visibly crumbling and dirty. It was just to sleep before catching a plane so we made do. Needed extra pillows, front and said they couldn’t find any. Shuttle service next day was prompt which was great "

"This was a quick stay for me but unfortunately I was put in a handicapped unit that I did not request and the people staying in the room next door to me were very loud and up until very late at night. The room was clean though and the bed was comfortable. Shuttle was a big plus. Staff was very helpful. "
