"Overall our stay was just that, a stay. There was nothing super special about the hotel itself or our room and the cleanliness was lacking. The only redeeming quality was the staff who were more than willing to help accomodate us with early check-in and luggage storage. Super friendly and chatty! However, our room had dirty walls, a very loud AC unit and the previous group's old water bottles and garbage left in the room. The bed was comfortable but there was no additional toiletries provided...

"The hotel did not provide daily cleaning. The rooms are particularly smaller and unusually expensive than what I expected in US’s hotel rooms comparing to while I visited Tokyo or Kyoto in Japan where the rooms are small but with reasonable prices."

"Absolutely top notch! Location was perfect, staff and building were beautiful and in great shape, the ROOM!!! OMG perfect...small but just the home base you need to explore NYC. My ONLY suggestion: a small fridge and coffee pot would have made a HUGE improvement...especially missed coffee...POD NYC if you could add those amenities it would be a ten out of ten! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Do not let the photos fool you the pool area is a big let down. Also rooms are not well maintained shower makes a loud noise throughout the night and sink constantly dripped water. The bright light was the staff who were all very kind the whole trip."

"The AC was terrible, the rest was fine but it seems they have a temp control that wont go lower than 68 but the actual temp was 74. Bad A/C, the rest of the stay was great."

The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the Financial District, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. "This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing."

"Once inside the hotel it was a cool oasis compared with the madness in New York City with the Nicks playing NBA Finals on two nights whilst we were there. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good. Surrounding streets were littered with trash often and some of the street residents with issues were located nearby but were not causing obvious problems.
