Breakfast was hot buffet very nice , had option of hot or cold foods. The bar in evening well stocked, pool table and comfy seating . Will visit and stay at this hotel again."

"Check in was a nightmare...one member of staff to multiple people waiting in a line.....dust around tv and no bag in bins or properly clean rooms.no info about ev charging and more annoying was car park was full yet when i popped out just for 5mins my spot was taken...parking should be allocated per room"

"Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room apart from uncomfortable mattress. Lovely view from room. Food very good standard. Enjoyed use of swimming pool, hot tub and steam room. Would stay again. "

"Minimal Hotel parking available. Reliant on local roads. Incredible frustrating finding a spot to park, particularly as I am a Blue Badge holder!! "

"Hotel reception was not well sign posted from outside, first thing you see is an underground car park. Check in was straight forward, once we located reception, which is up a staircase. Staff were helpful. Hotel is new and well equipped. White fluffy dressing gowns and slippers in the room. Mini bar has coke, milk, water and chocolate inside. Coffee machine is a great touch. The bathroom has lovely smelling toiletries. Spotlessly clean, I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again, once we found our way in!"

"The Hotel is lovely and old, very warm and very clean. The pool was amazing, soo clean and never busy. The best thing about this Hotel though, is the staff. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Loved Jo in the restaurant and can’t wait to come back. "
