The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, , well maintained and had comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The shower had great water pressure and really hot water which was a treat. "This is a travel hotel and not a destination hotel. It has become bland and lacks any sort of character. I am so fed up of the customer now having to do all the work. Online check in and then met by those horrible kiosk to check in and get your own key and then check out the same way. How have we come to devalue meeting an actual person in hotels? Yes there was one person behind the desk but the kiosk and online system seems to reign. The room was clean and well equiped and I would say recently renovated. Complimentary water, tea and biscuits were welcome in the room. Very good shuttle service to the airport."
