"Staying at this resort is like being transported to another world: paradise! The setting is gorgeous. My room was on the ground floor right at the edge of the estuary, and I loved watching the birds, the clouds, and the movement of the water. It was peaceful and divine. I ate breakfast and dinner a few times in the restaurant and found the service to be perfect. Everything I ate was wonderful. I will be back!"

"The shower floor was leaking to the first floor by the restaurant door on the first floor. Somebody came knocking at 8 am when my wife was showering to let us know, the person looked mad.The bed was damage from one corner by the baseboard, you couldn't sleep on that side. The people new of this problem and they still sold this room. I will not stay there anymore."

"We have 2 rooms and they put us seoarate corner to corner. Jacussi didn't have any sign that was out of order and my fam.went in, call twice and never told us anything. They came and still didnt know that was out of Services untill after 45 mints that I call for 3rd time and not a nice way they told me is not working. The person at front desk not friendly or kind at all."

"It was our first time going to Valle de Guadalupe and staying at Entrevalle. Our expectations were beyond met. All the staff from the front desk, maintenance and the restaurant were so polite and attentive. My spouse and I were celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary and they went above and for us. Thank you so much at the Entrevalle staff for making us feeling so welcomed."
