"Food no good"

"I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at Aqua Live Cancun. I selected your resort because it was advertised as an all-inclusive luxury experience. Unfortunately, my stay fell significantly short of the expectations created by your marketing and the services included in the package. One of the biggest disappointments was the dining experience. "Love the adults-only option! The resort was clean and beautiful. The staff from the buffet, restaurants, front desk, housekeeping team, and Cappuccino Café were all friendly, professional, and welcoming. We also enjoyed the nightly piano singer, whose songs were wonderful, as well as the theater entertainment. Thank you very much for a fantastic stay!"

"It may have been the wrong time of year to enjoy the beach, as there was a lot of seaweed. However, the resort more than made up for it. The swimming pools were good, the kids had a blast, and the food was enjoyable. The Fourth of July show on the beach was very entertaining and a highlight of our stay. It would have been even better if there had been more tubes available for the lazy river."
