"I didn't think the bar drinks warranted the high price they asked. Too expensive! At check out I was fine to pay our consumables charged to our room. However, there were unexplained taxes, sewage use from the city, and many other items that could not be explained to me. I want to have all of that expense up front and paid when I book the room. Very disappointing."

"The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. "

"Overall I’d give it 4 stars. The staff was amazing. Bell boys and the little shopping center inside the resort were awesome. Some of the downs were some of the cleaning ladies were really rude when I tried to be friendly and say good morning. We had a junior suite and the water pressure was not that great. It would turn hot and cold when it wanted to. Found a few live bugs. Spider, gnats and looked like a small beetle looking insect. Overall okay resort. "

"We enjoyed our stay the hotel was beautiful. The only think they need to work on is their entertainment. Have more things for ppl to do at the pool during the day like games or music. And have better shows and games at night. But on a whole the resort was great "

"The resort was beautiful and the staff was very attentive, nice and made sure we enjoyed our stay. I do wish they were more informative about the restaurant schedule and the pool closing at 7pm. There wasn’t much info given about the beach club but that also closes early (at 5pm) I was there within their first month of opening so I expected some kinks, as fine progresses I assume it will get better. Also I wish there was a lunch and dinner buffet. "
