Tìm Resort tại Tulum

"This property had exceptional service and well managed. The food was top notch. My issue comes to the very poorly managed property for beach area. The service at beach was great as usual for secrets brand but the beach area was run down and falling apart. Obviously a very old facility that has been advertised as only several years old. "Amazing view, amazing time! Gorgeous hotel"

"The Spa is fabulous and the staff also. The rooms were very clean, but due to the humidity the floor was always damp."

"Staff and entertainment personnel were really good. Food was average at best, beach area was below average. Mattress was hard, several plugs did not work. Been to much better properties in the past. Overall experience was just average."

"The hotel was excellent only surpassed by the wonderful staff form all parts of the hotel. What lovely people who make the experience a truly pleasurable and memorable trip."

Concierges David and Erick were shining stars, booking plans, giving daily updates, checking in, stocking our minibar, and bringing blankets, a memory foam pillow, decor, treats, and bubbly. I always need a concierge now! We loved...

Pool was amazing, and there were always chairs available! Butler service and cart service were incredibly useful and always available. Rooms were cleaned constantly. Regret leaving so soon, and looking...
