"We stayed in a superior double and it was very well appointed. Vaulted ceiling as using roof space, quality furniture and comfortable. Staff were excellent. Breakfast was plentiful and to a very high standard. The breakfast room is delightful and everything is beautiful, well considered and of a high quality. Antiques and curios in abundance."

Was then made to pay another £300/night to secure two twins room for us four, not even next door to each other. Also told the kitchen closes at 11 for room service, yet they closed at 10.30 so we’re lot even able to order proper food after a whole day of driving "
