"The hotel is great, very clean with polite and very friendly staff, who are willing to anything they can to help.
Rooms get cleaned daily- ours was around 11-12 most days!
The hotel's buffet breakfast is well worth a mention- finding anything from cereal to dosage to omelette to waffles, everything looks and tastes fresh! (Breakfast is on until 12pm!)
The rooftop swimming pool is well maintained for both the main pool and kids pool area.
The hotel is in a prime location, Daily Market...

"The building seems a bit tired, but the rooms appear to be in the process of renovation, and both the hotel and our suite were extremely clean. The shower was fantastic with great pressure, and the bed was supremely comfortable.
There was a slight issue with our booking but it was promptly sorted out with no further issues. Also, the pool on the roof is a great place to cool down!
The staff were very helpful, and Mustafa (sorry if we misremembered your name!) always had a smile and advice...

"Overall, it’s a good hotel and worth the price. Outstanding value. Rooms are somewhat dim but the location is fantastic. Many authentic and affordable restaurants. And the Mall of Emirates is about 5 mins away walking. The staff is friendly. WiFi is reliable. Highly recommended."
