"Loved the location, the pool and the view! Lake facing superior room was the most beautiful view of the water over the pool. Front desk staff was not friendly and never greeted when you left or returned which for a 4 star hotel felt disappointing The rest of the experience was wonderful"

"It was certainly a beautiful hotel. It needs to be renovated. I was told that this winter they are closing down for a massive renovation project adding a lift and bringing the hotel up to par. The staff were excellent. The pool was divine, as was the general out door area and the bar was elegant but fun. Looking forwards to trying the renovated version. If travelling to see lake Como, it is a fair distance and generally a car is needed."
