"The building is beautiful from the outside, but it is in desperate need of maintenance and renovation on the inside. The only positive aspects of my stay were the breakfast buffet, which was excellent, and the housekeeping staff. The cleaning team did an outstanding job and kept the rooms clean and well maintained throughout my stay. Overall, despite a few positive points, I would not consider this a true four-star hotel and would not choose to stay here again."

"Das Haus ist wunderschön, eine ehemalige Schmiede. Der Frühstücksraum ist auch Restaurant am Abend und wirklich beeindruckend. Das Zimmer war groß und passend zum alten Gemäuer eingerichtet. Leider keine Klimaanlage dafür ein Ventilator. Unser Hund konnte mit zum Frühstück und auch abends ins Restaurant. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung."

"Ermua is a thriving community where we felt really safe when out at night. The hotel is central with lovely rooms and fabulous staff. The hotel bar is welcoming and popular with local people. The bar serves a selection of tapas which are great. We would definitely stay again if in the area."

"Above my expectations considering the cheap price. This is a student housing but worked well as a hotel, the only minus were lack of toiletries (this was highlighted in the booking information but it is in my opinion an easy thing to add for shorter stays or on request). The hotel is close enough to the centre to walk, but there is also good communication and transportation."

"Had all the basics that were needed. Check in was quick and easy. Parking was extremely tight and quite difficult. Our room was clean, tidy, and had all the basics amenities. The bed felt a bit springy for us but alright if you are staying for just a quick night. We had a hard time with the AC, it just turned off from 2 AM to 5AM and the room became very hot so it was hard to fall back asleep. "There were cigarette butts all along the outside of our floor’s windows. The toilet (held up by the wall) was very unsteady and would creak upon sitting. The beds are on wheels so move around as there is no rug or carpet. Delicious food though!"
