"I chose this property due to it being close to the airport. Funny thing, I never heard one plane flying.
The first thing that I noticed when walking to our room was how dirty the hall rug was. We were in awe with the size of the room - it was big. We had a double queen size beds with a sofa in the room. The sofa was filthy that I had to put a sheet over the sofa before sleeping on it. There were 4 adults and due to my handicapping condition, I can not sleep in a bed. I sleep sitting up therefore, the reason for sleeping on the sofa. I believe that the sofa has not been cleaned in a while - stains and dirty sections and the sofa bottom had rips in it. The shower inside was clean, the handle was broken and the floor near the shower had caked on with dirt in the corners. Management needs to check rooms or have a list of what needs fixing that the cleaning person(s) fill out on a daily basis or find people who care about their job.
The breakfast starts at 4:30 am and goes until 10:30 on the weekends. The lady who runs the breakfast was very polite, sweet and helpful. The breakfast consisted of yogurt, mixed fruit cups, bagels, bread, mini muffins, cereal - 3 different kinds, making of your own waffles, coffee, milk, teas, orange juice, apple juice and cranberry juice, scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. The food was hot and delicious. I felt that the parking was safe and it was free. As far as the staff, I only dealt with them in checking in/out.
