"Front desk and wait staff was amazing! The views in the Chateau are beautiful. We felt so safe walking around at night. The food was amazing. The staff even gave us a lot of tips and recommendations about the area as we are tourists from the US. Moe was exceptional, she gave me parking hacks around the train station. "I did not realize that the shuttle hours did not include the mid afternoon - thus I paid 36 euros for a taxi. Also I hesitate to say this as I know how devistating it can be but I think I have some bed bug bites that appeared the next day. I would be happy to include picture but I’m pretty sure that’s what they are. My biggest concern is that I went from the hotel the next night to my family’s home. I am hoping I did not bring the bugs with me. We will see"

"Very nice clean, spacious room near CDG airport. Breakfast doesn't start until 6:30am, so not at all useful before an early flight. Good onsite restaurant, nothing else available nearby. Shuttle service is only available for limited hours (not mid-afternoon), we ended up using taxi from TGV station."
