"Beautiful little town and great central location on the Rhine. Overall our 3 night stay was good. The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had good choices and the restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Of note, there is no elevator or assistance to bring up your bags. We were on the 2nd floor and it took some effort to get the bags up the stairs. There is also no staff to help with any issues after 6 pm. Not...

In de voegen in de douche en bij het dakvenster zat zwarte schimmel. De doorkijkspiegel badkamer/slaapgedeelte was heel vervelend. Hierdoor was er geen fatsoenlijke spiegel in de badkamer. "This is a beautiful castle hotel overlooking the Rhine. The hotel and rooms are immaculate. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is excellent. The location is great if you have a car otherwise the train is fairly convenient but a long walk down the hill. The castle museum located on the property is amazing. Our room, while very pretty, was very small with no air conditioning. I would suggest requesting a room on the first floor because of this as well as there is no elevator. ...

"Good location in the centre of the city. Room design was well considered, but the amount of space given to bathroom was too generous at the expense of the bedroom. Also, there was insufficient space for hanging clothes."

"Reception experience not good which is why we marked lower. Asked for payment despite Expedia having been already paid so ended up being double charged for stay which I have had to refer to credit card company. Allocated incorrect rooms to our party and then accused us of being confused despite handing the room keys out. Shame as the other staff we met were really friendly and helpful - especially in the restaurant. Facilities and breakfast were excellent as was the location."

"Die Zimmer waren recht Modern und sauber der Empfang war sehr nett und ging sehr schnell. Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral gelegen und bietet schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück war zwar international gut aber für diesen Preis hätte man auch ein Glas Sekt erwarten können, nicht das wir darauf gewartet hätten aber für diesen Fürstlichen Preis muss es mehr geben. Diesen Preis sollte man nochmals überdenken den der passt nicht so richtig zum Angebot."
