"Located in the heart of the Rioja region the Hotel provided a very comfortable and friendly base from which to explore. Reception staff were excellent friendly with excellent English. We were guided to a local multi-lingual and talented taxi company who acted as tour guides and local advisors - made our trip really special. L’unique bémol est qu’il n’y avait pas de liquide vaisselle, éponge ni pastille pour le lave-vaisselle donc nous avons dû laisser notre vaisselle sale dans le lave-vaisselle (d’ailleurs il y en avait à notre arrivée à l’intérieur du lave-vaisselle)"
