"My stay was wonderful.. everthing you could possible want. The staff and communication was excellent ."

"They do such a great job. My family and I always stay at hotel. Mrs. Medineh is very helpful and Kind so is the rest of the staff."

"Our room was clean and cozy for the most part. I enjoyed staying here and it was a very convenient location close to Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro station, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées. The staff was nice and friendly as well. Some minor things: the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly when we first got there, and sometimes water bottles were not restocked which is not a big issue because we were able to request more from downstairs. The safe was locked when we arrived and we had to call a...

"The hotel is well located, between Port Maillot and the Etoile. My room was on an interior courtyard and very quiet. Although small, the room had all necessary amenities and the bathroom was bright and modern. Staff was professional and not overly personal. Carpeting in a few areas appeared stained, but the overall feeling of the hotel was modern and clean. Breakfast was expensive, but many coffee shops and boulangeries close by so petit dejeuner was not an issue. Many of the other hotels...

"We loved the clean room, staff and breakfast. However, the building itself is very old, carpeted wall to wall. Some people like the old buildings some don't. Signs of wear and tear in the rooms and shower walls. Everything else was great. Conveniently located near the Arch De Triumph. Nice neighborhood."

"Courteous, respectful staff and clean premises."

"It’s a really big hotel in the 17th arrondissement. The room was spacious and I had a nice view of Sacre Couer. It’s connected to a Palais de Congres which is a mini mall that has some clothing stores, Starbucks, restaurants and a pharmacy which is open till 1AM. It’s also connected to the metro lines which is convenient (can walk from indoors). This was the most useful to us. It’s close to arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées (maybe 20 min walk). Outside there are trams and buses and walkable...

"Best hotel!"

"Hotel Elsa is a quaint place tucked into a neighborhood just near the Arc de Triomphe. The people who work there are lovely: friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice with bread, cheeses, yogurt, eggs, juices and good coffee. Whatever you need shopwise, it's nearby. Local restaurants are next door and across the street with many others scattered nearby. A Metro stop is a couple of blocks away. A very quiet area like this is welcome in busy Paris."

"Staff super friendly and super clean rooms"

"Los utensilios muy limpios, te dejan esponja para lavar trastes, pero no jabón, las camas cómodas, excelente ubicación"

"Clean room, quiet hotel. We had beautiful views and the neighborhood was safe and amazing. The restaurants within a two block walking distance were also amazing. The entrance to the train station was less than a minute walk (highly recommend vs Uber or cab). I would 100% stay here again!"

"Great hotel with lovely staff . Would definitely recommend and would definitely return."

"The hotel is in a pretty good location however our room was in a corner of the hotel that was almost inaccessible. Also, you can’t control the temperature in your room, it’s controlled by the front desk. The description states there’s a coffee shop at the hotel- not true. The room says it’s 161 square feet, not true."

"Clean and convenient to the Palais de Congrès."

"It's small and compact but very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast and very handy for the trains. Good selection of restaurants nearby too."
