"The location was good and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! The one negative was the shower was a very high step in bath tub which we were not aware of which was not the best for someone who had recent hip surgery. I don’t believe the pictures clearly showed that situation."

"The location is really good only 10 minutes walking to Arc de Triumph and Champs Elysee. (But a safe street in case of any riot happens again)
Rooms are clean, water pressure in the shower was good.
Breakfast was comprehensive and delicious. Even when we were a bit late and eggs and croissants were finished, they picked up new croissants for us fresh from bakery and boiled new eggs.
It was a pleasent stay!"

"From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome. Front desk staff are very knowledgable and more than helpful. All other staff is constantly working hard with smiles on their faces, showing evident pride in the hotel, and their part in keeping it running smoothly, and it seemed that no ask was too big for anybody. The hotel itself is charming with lovely little nooks and crannies. Our room was exceptional! Nicely laid out with lots of space, very comfortable bedding, and always...
