Khách sạn gần Quảng trường Victor Hugo tại Paris

"The location was good and the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful! The one negative was the shower was a very high step in bath tub which we were not aware of which was not the best for someone who had recent hip surgery. I don’t believe the pictures clearly showed that situation."

"The staff was fantastic, especially Kamrul. The location is great for sites and walking"

"Our room was clean and cozy for the most part. I enjoyed staying here and it was a very convenient location close to Charles de Gaulle Etoile metro station, Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées. The staff was nice and friendly as well. Some minor things: the toilet wasn’t cleaned properly when we first got there, and sometimes water bottles were not restocked which is not a big issue because we were able to request more from downstairs. The safe was locked when we arrived and we had to call a...

"The hotel is well located, between Port Maillot and the Etoile. My room was on an interior courtyard and very quiet. Although small, the room had all necessary amenities and the bathroom was bright and modern. Staff was professional and not overly personal. Carpeting in a few areas appeared stained, but the overall feeling of the hotel was modern and clean. "We always stay there and love it."

"Truly exceptional experience. Valet box omg the best there is. Laundry come back within 6hrs. Speechlessly great"

"Amazing stay - will be coming back in the future !"

"Best hotel in Paris"

"The room was across from the elevator. It was noisy, but overall, it was okay."

"Best hotel!"

"Hotel Elsa is a quaint place tucked into a neighborhood just near the Arc de Triomphe. The people who work there are lovely: friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice with bread, cheeses, yogurt, eggs, juices and good coffee. Whatever you need shopwise, it's nearby. Local restaurants are next door and across the street with many others scattered nearby. A Metro stop is a couple of blocks away. A very quiet area like this is welcome in busy Paris."

"Clean and convenient to the Palais de Congrès."

"Our room was lovely. The receptionist excellent. The stay was a true exceptional experience. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Dear All, Thank you for taking such good care of me during my stay from November 1 to 5. I am very grateful for your warm hospitality and attentive service. I especially appreciated your kindness in lending me a power adapter. When the taxi I had booked for my return journey failed to arrive, your reception staff promptly arranged another one, allowing me to reach Charles de Gaulle Airport on time. Thank you again for your thoughtfulness and help. I wish your hotel continued success and all of...
