"I am going to start by stating this hotel is no way near 5 stars. It either needs reclassifying as a 3.5-4 star hotel or Palladium Group need to completely refurb this hotel in the winter season. I had read the food was good at this hotel, I beg to differ. The buffet restaurant serves bland food & overcooked meat. "Die Zimmer waren sehr sehr klein, unsauber und extrem hellhörig. Das Personal war bemüht und freundlich. Der Pool war viel zu tief und extrem dreckig. Das positivste war das Essen. Alles in allem ok."
