"We booked this property at short notice (less than 48 hours) but the communications were very effective, ensuring that we had everything we needed before arrival. "Excellent location, but rooms could be improved. This hotel boasts a great location in Can Pastilla, with friendly, professional, and helpful staff. It is within easy walking distance to local restaurants and features a convenient nearby bus stop for a short ride into Palma. The pools are excellent, offering great lounging areas with bar and food services. One pool faces directly across the beach, providing beautiful views of the boardwalk and sea.However, the accommodations fell short. As an adult-only hotel, having double twin beds pushed together did not make for a romantic weekend getaway. Additionally, despite turning the air conditioning to its highest setting, the room never felt cool enough for comfortable sleep, and the mini-fridge took hours to get cold. On a positive note, the room and bedding were perfectly clean."

"All the facilities in this property are really well kept. Rooms are big and really nice. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. The spa, swimming pools, and the gym are really well kept. Even with new machines at the gym, I really enjoy staying there. Also, the vibe is more adults versus kids. I will for sure comeback"

"From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, I had a fantastic stay. The hotel was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere throughout. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were outstanding friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely made me feel welcome. The hotel's location was also excellent, making it easy to explore the local area while still providing a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I've had in a long time. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and great value for money. Thank you to everyone who made my stay so memorable!"

"We had the BEST stay at Playa Golf! Had read reviews about it being noisy and honestly the balcony doors are very noise cancelling and we slept so well (sea view room) and felt very safe. Everything was spotless and the hotel has everything you could need! It was amazing being a stone throw away from the beach and lots of restaurants / bars. Huge bonus getting free access to the most beautiful beach club next door too. Breakfast was delicious - it had everything you could think of and was always well restocked. The staff were all so lovely, friendly and helpful. Reception staff also help you book taxis and excursions. As an area it’s busy and has a nice buzz. It’s very close to Palma, the airport and Aqualand. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more!"
