"We stayed at Palmares Signature apartments a week with our 2 boys. The property is beautiful, modern, unique concept, great furniture, partial sea views from the terrace, fully stocked kitchen ( cuttlery, glasses, cups, pots and pans although we have not eaten in the apartment). The two rooms are connected thru a short outdoor hallway which offers privacy between the master/living room and the second room. The restaurant views are stunning. Spaciosité de l’appartement, 2 toilettes / bidet, 3grandes chambres confortables, cuisine ‘‘ acceptable’’. Tranquilité du quartier. Trafic bruyant (boulevard à proximité) même la nuit, particulièrement dû aux apassges de mobylettes de livraison très bruyantes, Manque d’oreiller (pillow), espace de stationnement restreint,"

"A nice place. Relatively close to the Lagos centre, maybe a 15 minute walk. There is parking, but it's a bit of a tight squeeze. We ended up parking elsewhere in the area because getting the car in and out was a hassle with a rental. Big balcony area. Updated kitchen. Access to the pool, but we did not end up using it. The company provided a lot of helpful information during check-in, with lots of videos. This was helpful in actually getting into the building."
