"We enjoyed our stay in Porto and especially our hotel experience. The room was a little larger than a common European room. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. One of the best advantages was the location. While it's on a fairly touristy street, the street is closed to traffic and was a great thoroughfare to wander. Breakfast was good and so convenient. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Porto."

"The place is truly a hidden gem. You feel like a guest in a home. It’s decorated beautifully. I normally struggle with sleeping in hotels but I was getting the best night sleep. The place has a coat feel even though it’s decorated like a place out of a magazine. All the staff were very helpful and extremely nice. I definitely recommend that you book your stay here. I had a wonderful time."

"The room we had simply was not as advertised. The photos & description show a second or third floor unit with a private balcony and a large bedroom, we were put in a ground floor unit where the “private terrace” is simply a slightly fenced off section of the patio space open to all guests. Shower was moldy and the room smelled mildewed. There is no check in or concierge—everything is communicated to you via an AI chatbot. No concierge means bags can only be stored in paid lockers on-site...

"Stayed here for 1 night only. Two adults one young child so was fine for us. Short walk form Bolhao metro station. Sofa bed was very short but no issues for our child but wouldn't recommend for an adult. That said, me our needs and kitchenette was very useful. Roof terrace was lovely in the evening and staff were great."

"We arrived at the property and noted to be warm and somewhat humid inside the unit. We noticed that the unit is not blowing cold air. The fan was working well though. We contacted the responsible party. He guided me to some setting changes but, it didn't change anything. The outside street air was much cooler than inside. We left the windows open. But the street traffic noise was too loud and flies and bugs kept flying inside. We could not sleep much. They should not rent the unit if this...
