"This place was amazing. Made us feel at home from the second we walked in.they bring breakfast right to your door in the morning. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here again. Only thing it’s not handicap accessible. There’s lots of stairs on the way up, for someone who ate too much while I was on vacation definitely not a problem. (Not positive but I didn’t see an elevator) "

"This is an old Palace turned into a hotel. The hotel is central and near to everything. The room was very large and clean and had everything you needed. The staff were fantastic and friendly. This is highly recommended. "

"The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The entire place was spotless, and the rooms and lockers were secured with card access, which provided an added sense of safety. Its proximity to the metro station, along with numerous restaurants and attractions nearby, made the stay even more convenient. Overall, it was an excellent experience."

"入り口が狭く少し分かりにくい。チェックイン時にはインターフォンを押してエントランスを開けてもらう必要があります。受付はとても感じが良く、レストラン予約なども気軽に対応してくれました。セーフティボックスの鍵がロックしてしまった際もすぐ開けにきてくれて助かりました。トリプルルームの部屋は荷物を広げると狭く感じますが、値段相応で日本のビジネスホテルと比べれば快適でした。洗面台が高くて小さく使いにくい。初日の掃除が少し甘かった。"

"Adorable historic boutique hotel! Recently renovated with a fantastic location on the Duro river and a nice breakfast. Be aware… the property is NOT staffed after 10 pm. So check in earlier than that. We checked in late in the day and needed to wait outside for the staff member to come to the property. We were a little thrown off by that.
