"La habitación fue excelente al igual que todas las instalaciones. La 3 personas del personal son de lo mas amables y atentos. Don Higinio es lo maximo igual que la señorita de la recepción. Son empleados muy valiosos. Ojala sean reconocidos en godos los aspectos. Solo una sugerencia, en el baño , en esta epoca que descendió mucho la temperatura, la ventana abierta es muy desagradable. Sugiero una una persiana de black out enrrrollable pa evitar sentir tanto frio en el baños.mazono. "

The food in the restaurant was well proportioned to the price and very good. The location of the hotel is very remote however, there are paid shuttles to Chichen itza and bicycles available on the property. "

"Really affordable considering how close it is to Chichen Itza. The pool is a great place to relax at the end of the day as long as you don't mind a bit of traffic noise. The food was no-nonsense and satisfying. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. Ik Kil Cenote across the road is beautiful too."

"Es una hacienda tiene incomodidades pero nada que no puedas solucionar, excelente la atención la habitación era un departamento nos hospedaron dentro del museo en verdad una sola ves en la vida uno debe permitirse hospedarse en un hacienda Solamente mejoren la señaletica dentro de las instalaciones y el restaurante pésimo de ahí en fuera vale todo lo que pagas. "

"Great location. Big rooms and friendly helpful staff. The food is very good in both restaurants. The place gets hoping at nights on the weekend but the rooms at back closer to parking lot are fairly quiet. We left something behind and the staff got it to us in Merida which was a huge relief. They even packed a boxed breakfast for us during at early departure to Chichen Itza for day. "
