"I was on the third floor in room 314 and upon entering my room I noticed the view from my window was almost completely blocked by a brick wall lol, which was the signage you see on the facade of the building when you drive up. Not too big a deal but would have been nice to see the view of The Forks, trees, etc. I also had an adjoining room and could hear my neighbours full conversations and coughing, again not a huge deal because I was out and about for most of my trip and sleep with white noise...

"The breakfast was mediocre. Was surprised to find out after I checked in that I had to pay $12+tax per day to park. I've never had to pay for parking at a hotel before. Beds were quite hard. Probably not going to stay there again."

"Great stay. Clean room. I was a bit taken aback by the one staff when he asked me if I was staying at the hotel but I did walk out of a stairwell at 5 am for a morning walk so security is well enforced!"

"For close to $400 a night, you'd expect everything to be perfect...it wasn't. Rooms are very loud and walls very thin. I could hear everything happening in rooms beside me. Worse, the walls are so thin, you can hear another rooms air conditioning turning on and off all night. The staff are helpful but for the type of property they are trying to be, there's a lot of work to be done."

"The property is odd. Is is poorly signed. It has a great pool. It seem as if there are some peoe who are living there It had a great breakfast. Great location. Tight parking."
