"The name Divine Villa & Resorts is very misleading, there’s nothing divine or resort like about this place. If you’re booking this for the cheap price, just know that you’ll get what you pay for. The owner is responsive and seems to be doing his best, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. "BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. "They advertised Hotel but it was not hotel. It was room rental. 1. They instructed lockbox key password was wrong I was more then 20 min standing out side of house even in the raining dark night. 2.
