"We have enjoyed your hotel when it was Frenchman's Reef but this is our first stay as Westin. The facilities were great but what we enjoyed most was the service we got. Especially from Amy at the Sushi restaurant and Lecah P at the front desk please let them know that."

"Our family stayed here for 10 days and we loved it. The sargassum does cause a bit of a bad odor but we weren't at the hotel during the day so it really wasn't a problem for us. We love that you can walk fro the resort over to Coki Beach which is a fabulous beach with restrooms, food and drinks. ..."

"Property has been renovated since last visit. Old but clean. Very convenient to the ferry docks if visiting the out islands. Convenient to downtown shopping."
