"Their office hours end at the same time as when the check-in starts. So they left a letter on the office door with my last name on it when we arrived before dinner. Opened the envelope and got the code to open the safe next to the office door to get the keys. Opened the room only to find the bed sheets were on the floor. The restroom was a mess left by the previous guest. Looks like they were in the middle of cleaning the room and left in a hurry. Tried calling their off-hours number, but no one...

"Room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. We had partial view of the beach from our balcony. The property is right on the beach. We were able to borrow chairs and umbrella from the common closet, and although they were a little bit up, they were free. Outdoor pool was small but enough for this size of the hotel and was checked and cleaned daily. There was plenty of chairs around the pool. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. "Check-in was the best I’ve ever had, the gentleman that checked us in was super helpful and ever so informative. He explained everything and left nothing to think about. Captiva Room was so nice, very clean and head everything we could ask for. Property was well maintained and had so many activities and all was included. Ate dinner at Rae’s restaurant which was delicious. Great way to celebrate my wife’s birthday."

"I didn't like that i could not get a late check out ,have to check.out at 11AM and flight is not until 7 pm, tried for 3 days but kept getting the run around,and its off season. Net the owner what avgreat guy ,I would definitely come back but you gotta help and give people a late check.out especially if all room are not booked and you cannot check in until 3pm."

"Estuvimos hospedados en the bay inn at lani Kai y puedo decir que el apartamento estuvimos súper limpio, todo hermoso y es el perfecto lugar para disfrutar de la playa solo cruzar la calle y ahí estás, todo bien hermoso! Recomendado !"

"I was amazed on how fresh and clean the room was . I am OCD with cleanliness and I can vouch for the cleanliness of the room. Only issue was the pillows. They were too hard and we woke up with a neck ache. Besides that this is all 5 stars ."
